Iowa Gateway Center - I-80 & Middle Road
Project Description: The City of Bettendorf intends to construct the Iowa Gateway Center Business Park to attract businesses that provide engaging employment for well educated young adults. Our goal is to set a lasting impression of Iowa for all travelers entering our state from the east. The City owns/controls 117 acres and desires to extend infrastructure and openly market the region to technology intensive businesses.

5.75 million sq. ft. of commercial space
4.0 million sq. ft. of retail space
10,000 new dwelling units
