On the early morning hours of Monday, Sept. 21st just after 3:00am the Bettendorf Police Department received a call from a residence in the 1600blk of Prairie Vista Circle that 4 subjects, described as black males in their mid teens, entered the garage committing a residential burglary along with burglarizing the vehicles at the residence. The residents at this address were alerted and awakened by their dogs barking at which point the 4 black male teen suspects fled in a red sedan. Throughout this morning, there have been a total of 12 calls/incidents/reports of vehicle burglaries, stolen vehicles, and a residential burglary in the northwest section of Bettendorf. These do not appear to be related to the previous incidents of criminal mischief/vandalism that occurred the day before along Devil’s Glen Rd. and the Deerbrook residence edition.
