The dog is described as an all tan pit bull with a short stocky build and a wide head.  The person with the dog is described as a white male in his 30's, slender built with short light brown hair.  During the May 2 incident, the individual was wearing a blue T-shirt with khaki pants.

Both victims received medical treatment.  Neither incident was reported to the police.

The Bettendorf police want to find the owner to verify the vaccination of the dog so the victims do not have to go through a series rabies shots.
