2013 Media Releases - Public Open House Regarding City Wide Trail/Corridor Study - Public Open House Regarding City Wide Trail/Corridor Study

The City of Bettendorf has contracted with Shive-Hattery, Inc. to complete a recreation trail and bike lane study for 30 corridors within the City limits, which is comprised of 19 arterial and 11 collector roadways. The study involves conducting a field inventory, analyzing the data, assessing options for trail facilities, and providing recommendations for each of the corridors.

There will be a public open house regarding the City Wide Trail/Corridor Study on January 28, 2013, 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Quad-Cities Waterfront Convention Center, Bettendorf, Iowa.

Representatives of the City of Bettendorf and Shive-Hattery, Inc. will be available to answer questions and accept comments and for recommendations.
