2024 4th of July Festival

Bring your family and friends to the 2024 4th of July Festival, which will be held on Thursday, July 4 from Noon to 10pm on Spruce Hills Drive in front of Cumberland Square!

Road Closure Information
Beginning July 3 through July 5, Spruce Hills Drive will be closed from 18th Street to Cumberland Square Drive for set up, festival, and tear down. Access to Cumberland Square businesses will be on Spruce Hills Drive near Azteca and on 18th Street.

Shuttle Service
Bettendorf Transit Service will provide shuttle transportation to the Festival from Bettendorf High School. Shuttle services begins at noon and ends at 9pm.

Events

Mayor Gallagher and City Council will serve FREE ICE CREAM at the Hospitality Tent from Noon until 2pm.

	FAMILY-FRIENDLY ACTIVITIES Amusement Rides (11am-7pm) Miller's Petting Zoo Miller's Zoo Choo Train T.J. Regul, The Quad City Magician STAY TUNED for MORE 2024 Kid Zone Activities! The Optimist Club will hold its ANNUAL KIDS FISHING DERBY from 10am-2pm at nearby Middle Park Lagoon, 2220 23rd Street. Click here for more information.
