4th of July Festival Information

Monday, July 4, 2022 * Noon - 10:00 p.m.

Beginning July 3 through July 5, Spruce Hills Drive will be closed from 18th Street to Cumberland Square Drive for set up, festival, and tear down. Access to Cumberland Square businesses will be on Spruce Hills Drive near Azteca and on 18th Street.

Bettendorf Transit Service will provide shuttle transportation to the Festival from Bettendorf High School. Shuttle services begins at noon and ends at 9:00 p.m.
 


Brittany Carleton will sing the National Anthem at noon.

Mayor Gallagher and City Council will serve FREE ice cream at the hospitality tent from noon until 2:00 p.m.
4TH OF JULY FESTIVAL PARK BAND 2

The Bettendorf Park Band will play beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Bill Bowe Memorial Band Shell.

Food Vendors Include:

  • Peking Food - eggrolls, wontons, steak kabobs, chicken kabobs, fried rice, sweet/sour chicken, & sodas
  • Roger Westmoreland Concessions - corn dogs, funnel cakes, nachos, fresh squeezed lemonade, fountain drinks & bottled water
  • Lakeside Concessions - chicken-on-a-stick, nachos, ribbon/curly fries, & drinks

  • Cory Westmoreland Concessions - hand-dipped corn dogs, funnel cake, toppings, cheese-on-a-stick, fried Oreos, nachos, fresh squeezed lemonade, soda, & ice tea, bottled water
  • Lunch Wagon - bison burgers, tenderloins, chicken, turkey legs, BBQ pulled pork, ribeye, hand-dipped corn dogs, funnel cakes, fried pickles, popcorn, soda, water, & shaved ice
