Fourth of July Festival Event Info

Bettendorf celebrates the Fourth of July every year with a large festival that starts on the evening of July 3 along Spruce Hills Drive in front of the Cumberland Square Mall with live music and food vendors. The fun really kicks into gear starting on July 4 with a parade at 10am! Then our opening ceremonies for our family Fourth of July Festival start at noon with the National Anthem.  Throughout the day, enjoy a wide variety of entertainment such as music, craft vendors, a strolling magician, free balloon animals, skydivers, inflatables, a rock climbing wall, a zip line, a petting zoo, a train ride for the little ones, and more! The event is capped off with a fantastic fireworks show that evening in Middle Park! Bring the family and make a day of it! Enjoy celebrating our nation’s birthday right here in Bettendorf!!

We are currently accepting applications for craft and food vendors for our 2020 Fourth of July Festival.  At this time, all craft vendor applications must be submitted with full payment.  All food vendor applications must be submitted without payment.  Please indicate if you are interested in operation on the 3rd or 4th or both days.  Our event details are still being sorted out, so once we have these finalized, our Fourth of July Committee Member, Julie Mohr, will be in contact with all vendors that have submitted applications to answer questions, provide details, and collect any/all outstanding fees.  Both applications can be found below.  Please print and mail to City Hall, c/o Julie Mohr, 1609 State Street, Bettendorf, Iowa 52722.
