Downtown Urban Renewal Area

In 2017, Bettendorf updated and restated it intentions to support economic growth and redevelopment in its downtown corridor.  For many decades, the downtown corridor, which resides along the banks of the Mississippi River, was home to many manufacturing and industrial operations.  Today, with the construction of the new I-74 Bridge, the downtown is seeing a rejuvenation!  Home to many longtime businesses like the Bowe Machine, Isle Casino, K&K Hardware and Sports Fans Pizza, the downtown is now seeing many new corporate operations like Ascentra Credit Union's corporate HQ, TBK Bank's corporate HQ, IMEG Corporation, Build to Suit, Inc, and more.  Plus, Bettendorf is excited to see business growth and development of many new business friends like Adventurous Brewing, Cafe Verde, Within Design Studio, and many many more!
