Part of Mississippi River Trail to Temporarily Close for Utility Work

The Mississippi River Trail (MRT) is closing between the Duck Creek Bridge in Bettendorf and S. Bellingham Street in Riverdale beginning Monday, November 28 through the end of the year so that MidAmerican Energy can perform utility work in the area.

During this time, a detour (attached) will be in place.

Please take note that a small section of the detour between 42nd Street and the State Street Bridge over Duck Creek does not have a paved sidewalk.
